I’m so excited! She arrived yesterday! I’ve made two loaves in her already. The first loaf was the Featherweight bread from Bette Hagman’s bread book. Today I used the recipe from Jen’s family recipes on Delphi, Tom’s light bread. Both were good, but my favorite is still Breads from Anna. I’m trying that one tomorrow in Zoey. I’ve made it many times in the oven and love it. I think it will be great in Zo! We’ve been eating sandwiches all weekend!

Oh I want to say X 20 or something 20. I’m upstairs and it’s down and I’m too lazy! It’s the Ulitmate one on Amazon for $199. Free shipping too! I just love it. I can’t wait to make my Breads from Anna mix in it.

looks like some yummy bread! I noticed your comment on Carrie’s blog about your son being skinny as a rail and never feels well but his blood test for celiac was negative. I’m sure you already know this but celiac blood tests can often come back false negative, and with others in your family with celiac it might be a good idea to have him biopsied! (is that a word?) haha. Anyway, just thought I would suggest that….in the off chance his blood test was a false negative, he’ll be thanking you later when he feels better! or I could be way wrong
Happy blogging!

Carrie, if you click on Jen’s family recipes in the post, it will take you to the Delphi site where she has her family recipes. It is Tom’s light bread. It used chickpea flour. When I first made it, I wasn’t too sure about it’s flavor right out of the oven, but the next day it was better. It kept fresh for a good 3 days in a ziplock. It was very good. I would say so far it is my second favorite bread. My favorite is Anna’s. I just love having bread in the house again! And the Zo rocks!

[...] have a couple bread mixes that are easy to throw in Ms. Zoey. If I can get bread made, grilled peanut butter sandwiches are wonderful when you are sick. [...]
